The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia accepted the complaint of a victim of human trafficking assisted by ASTRA, a member of La Strada International, and ruled that her right to prohibition of human trafficking as well as the right to a trial within a reasonable time were violated.
The Constitutional Court determined that a total of 5,800 Euro should be paid as compensation for non-material damage, at the expense of the Ministry of Justice.
