The International Labour Organisation has just published a report called “World Employment and Social Outlook – Trends 2020”, wherein it analyses the situation of work worldwide in 2019 to foresee the challenges of 2020.
The research shows we have significant obstacles to overcome, such as lower economic growth, lack of inclusiveness, gaps in access to work, deficiencies in work quality and inequality based on geographical location, sex and age, which undermine social cohesion within countries.
